Fall Honey For Allergies

This week we are talking to everyone about fall honey extractions. As we don't extract in fall at Beez' Apiary and we leave honey for the bees, some larger Apiaries and Bee Farms add supers specifically for the fall bloom. Our goal is to have this fall honey available in a few year but for now we bring in from Mid Hudson Valley and PA for the fall allergy sufferers. The PA honey we bring in has a dark wildflower taste with deep notes of wheat, chocolate, floral and sweet finish.
